Prior to purchasing the Excel Health solution, CHI Health at Home used a solution that was designed to help its sales team understand referral trends from hospitals. However, the CHI Health at Home team needed more. They needed more information, such as information on physicians, facilities, private practices, post-acute referral activity (Medicare Part B) – not just hospitals (Medicare Part A).
